



For me football, or soccer to you Americans, is like a religion. Growing up my family worshiped at Bloomfield Road- the home of the mighty Seasiders. On May 22, 2010 my wildest dreams came true and Blackpool FC got promoted to the top league in the UK- the Premier league. You have to understand the odds were something along the lines of one in a thousand. Like the Raiders going to the Super Bowl. The point being- I had to return to England and be there for this ushering in of a new era. Back to Wembley I went- to witness the glory- be a part of the mayhem- to celebrate my team's victory.
